Steinway Lyngdorf Model C

A Model C stereo system features two floor-standing dipole speakers, twin Boundary woofers and the same iconic head unit and remote control as the Model D. For a more discreet solution, select the SP-1 Stereo Processor. The Model C stereo system offers lifelike, engaging sound for all musical genres.

Steinway Lyngdorf Model B
This Steinway & Sons Model B not only looks powerful with its impressive array of bass speakers, but together with its digital crossover and 8 x 400 watt digital amplifiers, this is a very powerful system whose sound reproduction is nothing short of stunning.
Exceptional performance
Normally, these dipole speakers require a large front to separate the front and rear radiation from the low-frequency region. But in this Model B, the sides are elegantly folded over to meet the intended acoustic properties. Moreover, these 12 bass speakers form an extremely large radiating surface that can produce linear reproduction up to 25 Hz (!).
The 12 bass speakers are tightly packed in a push-pull configuration that eliminates the nonlinearity of the bass speakers’ inward and outward movements. Together with the extremely effective mid and treble loudspeaker, the dynamic performance of this dipole loudspeaker is surpassed only by the Steinway Lyngdorf Model D.
The treble speaker is of the famous Air Motion Transformer -type. It is used in all Steinway Lyngdorf speakers and features a moving surface four times larger than a normal tweeter. The resulting resolution and stress-free movement ensures proper reproduction of all overtones of voices and instruments.
A perfect engine
This Model B also uses the neodymium magnet with the aluminum cone from the Steinway & Sons Model S as the midrange speaker. They are the perfect unit for exact copying of recorded voice and instrument.
All speaker components are individually controlled by the four-way amplifiers. This makes it possible to perfect the frequency response and time domain of each component individually. As a whole, it results in a breathtaking performance.
Full effect of reflective sound
The relatively small area of this dipole construction allows the Model B to be placed freely in the room. The distance from the rear wall should preferably not be less than one meter for optimal sound reproduction, and the speakers should have a slight toe-in attitude to enjoy the full effects of the reflective sound.
A dipole speaker generally works closely with room acoustics, unlike normal box speakers. If the room design is not completely symmetrical, RoomPerfect™ will recognize its negative effects and resolve them.

Steinway Lyngdorf Model A
There are no compromises in speaker technology: the proprietary Air Motion Transformer tweeter and 6.5-inch midrange driver provide excellent clarity and resolution, while two powerful 12-inch woofers deliver deep but defined bass. Despite its very shallow closed-cabinet design, the large diameter of two woofers combined creates an amazingly powerful and dynamic bass response. And forms an ideal amplifier match.

Steinway Lyngdorf Model O
The Steinway& Sons Model-O is a full-range loudspeaker and with its compact enclosure can be used in surround systems as well as in a “simple” stereo system without the need for separate woofers.
The tweeters are designed according to the Air Motion Transformer(AMT) principle where the area of the moving part of this tweeter is 4 times larger than a traditional dome tweeter while the mass is much smaller. Resulting in a stress-free, highly detailed and undistorted reproduction of overtones.
For the midrange, the Steinway & Sons Model-O has a special 6-inch aluminum cone speaker with an extremely large magnet. With very high efficiency, it is possible to achieve very high performance without distortion or other unwanted noise.
This powerful full-range midrange speaker has an 8-inch woofer built in to reproduce deep and tight bass without the need for a subwoofer.
The housing of the Steinway & Sons Model-O is constructed of aluminum and MDF in an exceptionally rigid construction to prevent unwanted cabinet resonances.
Steinway Lyngdorf S Series
The S Series delivers beautiful, true-to-life sound from a surprisingly compact-sized enclosure, making it an exceptional solution for home theaters and private yachts, for example. The S Series combines stunning aesthetics and performance in one package.
A key feature of the S-15 speaker is its innovative patented AER (Ambience Enhancing Radiation) dipole tweeter design. The result is dispersion of the highest frequencies through a wide dipole. The dipole tweeter is derived from the tweeter used in the top model of the Steinnway & Sons product series; the Model D.
By cleverly deflecting the sound from the back of this tweeter, it gives the feel and power of live instruments while allowing the Steinway & Sons S-15 to be placed tightly against the wall.
The S Series also features Boundary woofers and RoomPerfect™ technology so it only needs to reproduce mids and highs. And it can do that to tremendously high volumes without distorting.

Steinway Lyngdorf LS in-room
The Model LS Concert combines technologies from two of Steinway Lyngdorf’s most popular loudspeakers: the dipole technology of the flagship Model D and the line source technology of the Model LS. Created as an open-baffle dipole, the Model LS Concert speaker offers the ultimate audio experience.
Without a conventional cabinet, the Model LS Concert open baffle loudspeaker integrates with the room like a musical instrument, resulting in very open and lifelike musicality. At the same time, the line source construction allows sound to propagate over long distances. In practice, it is virtually impossible to detect change in volume and sound quality between the front and back of the room.

Steinway Lyngdorf P300 2.1
The P300 surround processor is designed for HDMI and decoder, handles 4K-60Hz video; all standard 16 channels of Dolby Atmos, AURO3-D etcetera. In addition, it can control 256 speakers with the intelligent Lyngdorf RoomPerfect system for ALL speakers.
Pairing multiple P300 processors that together can decode up to 64 channels gives options for compatibility with any cinema setting.
The P300 supports all sound formats such as Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and AURO-3D, 4K, 3D video, HDCP 2.2 and advanced HDMI switching options between 8 HDMI inputs and 5 HDMI outputs (1 is HDBaseT).
